Whilst helping to operate 2 of the busiest shops in Birmingham, my responsibilities ranged from overseeing and controlling KPIs such as waste targets, labour spending and profit margin to creating and maintaining a bond and cohesion between the team members.
Helping with the process of hiring also expanded my knowledge within the HR aspect of the business.
One of the stores I helped manage climbed into Top 10 shops in the UK during my time there; the other was achieving its targets on a regular basis whilst having takings of up to £12k daily.
