I've just recently relocated to Dundee/Edinburgh and looking for a new role in the financial services. I currently have 3 years of experience of working in the industry and now looking for a new challenge.
My last role as client service administrator was at Wealthtime (Novia Financial). Duties include processing transfers electronically off the platform for client’s who hold ISA’s, GIA’s, SIPP’s accounts to other providers through Origo/Equisoft. Processing letters of authority / transfer instructions manually.
Handle and resolve complex cases such as PSO’s, Complaints and escalation cases. Process and check payments. Contact IFA/fund managers to resolve issues with assets. Process and Update Pension accounts and provide BCE and LSA information to other scheme providers upon payments.
In-Speice internal transfers on the platform. Create and provide Stock transfer forms for assets and negotiation deal dates with fund managers as well as key account partners. Provide training to new staff members on the team. Collaborate with other teams and Key account managers to resolve client account issues to avoid escalations, as well as check team members work.
Graduated from University of Derby in Sport Therapy & Rehab in 2018.
