In this part time job, I have seen a whole new side to the working world and gained new skills that I have not gained previously. Working in hospitality over the last year has helped me even more to improve my customer service, order handling, stock management, cash and payment handling and teamwork.

• I have learnt all of the different things that come with this job whether it be on the floor service doing glass collecting and table service or working on the bar taking orders and learning skills in creating drinks for customers to an efficient pace and to a high standard.
• This job has taught me to work well under stressful circumstances but uphold the quality of my service for the customers, I have practiced alcohol safety, kept the bar stocked and organised, done plenty of cleaning to uphold the professional appearance of the business, controlled payments both cash and card payments as well as taking part in running special designed classes for customers.

Professional Scooter Coach at Scooter Coaching LTD (2024-08 – Present)

This employment has allowed me to turn something that has been a lifelong solo passion into helping the next generation of people who partake within my sport. This job has allowed me to boost my own skills in my communication, hard work, teamwork, responsibilities and most importantly, my leadership skills.

• Within this job, my role consists of running wide scale 'Scooter Coaching Camps' for all levels of extreme stunt scooter riding. These camps have a capacity of up to 50 children and consist of helping the new generation of scootering to boost their confidence when it comes to being on the skatepark with learning new skills when getting into a new sport. As well as helping the children boosting things such as resilience, confidence, teamwork and hard work, in the camps there are mini games ran to give the children extra enjoyment during the camps to prevent it from feeling to structured.
• As well as the camps, I also do 1:1 coaching lesson, this is to focus more on the confidence boosting and skills side of the scootering sport. Within these lessons, they follow a more structured format to help the children progress within the sport with my help as the professional.

Over the years within this job, I was able to build my skills in providing strong customer service both in person, over the phone and online. Overall, this job was the perfect thing in buildings the foundations for the most important skills of working life, it was here I learned the importance of teamwork, hard work, resilience and how important responsibilities are within work life.

Video Editing Intern at Creative Individuals LTD (2023-05 – 2024-09)

This is a part time job that I had throughout my final years in high school that I worked in during half terms and summer holidays. Within this job, I was able to turn another one of my passions into employment by being able to gain some experience working within the creative industry creating both long and short form content for clients who came from all different types of work.

• At my time in this job I was able to help boost my technical skills in videography and photography by using a wide range of equipment on plenty of different shoots with said clients As well as this, I was also able to boost my post production expertise by learning new skills when it comes to photo and video editing by using multiple different software's ranging from Adobe's Premier Pro, Photoshop and Lightroom, as well as DaVinci
