I am a passionate person that’s been driven to better myself at any given opportunity. My biggest strength is my eagerness to learn and grow as a person so that I can be the best and most successful version of myself for my family. I currently hold a 2:1 degree in Criminal Justice and hope to expand on that with other Skills and qualifications to better reflect who I am.
I am a deeply empathetic individual which I use to help others to the best of my ability. I have many years of social interactions through retail which has allowed me to understand a lot about individual needs and I then tailor myself to make people more confident in my ability to help them. I have been in many situations where I’ve had to think on my feet and be able to do risk assessments to protect the public and peers alike.
I spend a lot of time at work communicating with other stores and a central command to reduce risk of anti social behaviours and monitor known offenders. I am confident, I am willing to put in the work, and I am eager to learn.
