I am a Game Designer based in London. I have strong communications skills, being able to work effectively in a team-based environment. Driven to improve the skills I have and learn those I do not. In my free time I volunteer as a Scout Leader, helping to plan and deliver a programme involving camps, climbing, water sports and other activities
I have held a number of jobs outside of games design, all of which provided me with valuable and transferable skills. While studying at Brunel University London I took part in a summer internship with the in-house studio, Octopus 8 Studios, to produce and release a game called Fragmented Odyssey. For this I took on the Lead Designer role, being in-charge of all design related elements such as level design, story design and combat design.
I recently graduated from Brunel University London, having studied a Bachelor of Arts in Games Design, specialising in core game design, including level and world design, numerics and gameplay. During my time at Brunel I was a member of the Game Design Society, holding the role of Vice-Chair in my 2nd and 3rd years. While studying at Brunel I designed and produced many games, the designs of some of which are published on my portfolio.
