I'm currently employed by Concentrix at a call centre based in Dunoon, I work in the failed payments department for Sainsbury's Online Grocery's.
Call Center Agent at Webhelp (2024-03 – 2024-09)
The Campaign during my time at Webhelp was Sainsbury's. The key components were dealing with customers queries / complaints, resolving payment issues on failed payments, refunds and placing orders for customers via the phone and email.
Forestry Worker at Self Employed (2020-06 – 2023-12)
I was self employed, ground worker in the Forestry for nearly 4 years. The key components while being a self employed grounds worker were speaking to clients, completing jobs with direct feedback from customers, planting trees and mistake checking your own work, replacing dead trees, spraying trees with pesticides, spraying invasive species with herbicides, assisting chainsaw operators, assisting tree climbers, teach others the job, working on building sites, working in the public and non residential areas, using avenza maps to plot points and track routes.

I was a cleaner for NIC, cleaning Morrisons in Dunoon. The key components of my role with NIC were assisting customers, keeping the store clean, keeping everything stocked with cleaning supplies and using the cleaning machinery.
