I work well under pressure and am able to remain calm in all situations.
Due to my work ethic and social skills I am able to build a quick and strong repour with guests and customers.
In previous jobs I have worked as a sales assistant as well as a bar hand. these jobs have helped me develop strong and confident social skills making working face to face with customers a lot easier and smoother. due to these jobs helping me meet new people with specific needs and wants I believe I have an adaptive set of skills to provide an efficient customer service wherever I go. In my most recent job as an activity instructor I also had the opportunity to be a group leader of up to 60 guests at one time. experiencing these challenges has built resilience and helped me get a strong work mindset.
