In my free time I like to go for walks and keep myself active in any way I can. I enjoy going to train muay thai and rugby throughout the week. I spend time gaming from time to time and watching TV and films. I love spending time with my friends and family. Sometimes in my spare time I like to learn how to code as well to try and further my knowledge.

My role during my employment in customer service at RRG would consist of answering calls from customers and also occasionally contacting customers through outbound calls or via emails. When speaking to customers this would be to book customers in for services/ MOT bookings and helping with service plans.

• Call handling with customers that need assistance as well as other members of staff.
• Problem solving with customers around the vehicle and helping to get the best outcome possible for the customer.
• Working on emails to customers and other companies as well as issuing them across to the team for workflow to be completed.

Bartender - Worsley Road sports and social

My role at this job is being part of a team of bar staff to be able to help serve customers face to face, as well as making it a friendly environment and helping management whenever possible.

• General cleaning duties.
• Serving customers face to face and having a friendly conversation with them to create a nice environment.
• Cashing up and money handling.
• Being able to lock up on shift and open up individually.
• Working as a team and independently.

IT Engineer - RRG Group

My role as an IT engineer at RRG would include taking calls from employees to help with technical issues they may be having. As a second line support I would help the employees with any software/ hardware issues they have. I would then advise the users on how this can be fixed or even take the issue upon myself to rectify and try to fix the issues given to me as best as possible.

This could be something from locked out windows account, possible new users starting that day. Or even issues with MS. This may also include any hardware issues such as memory or monitor issues that I would have to attend to the site to help the users.
