I am an experienced supervisor in manufacturing I have a proven track record of leading teams and getting the best out of people. My strengths are people management I like to lead by example and always promote an open and honest culture . I have my IOSH safety management certificate so I am very much focused on safe working practices and quality driven the industries that I have been in require strong attention to detail and sop's have to be followed.
I have a lot of experience in 5s and lean sigma six practices. One of my favourite parts of the job is training my team and seeing them achieving there goals.Me as an individual I am a family man I have been married for 25 years and have a 15 year old girl my hobbies are golf and spending time with my family.
