• Organise and manage the EICR programme
• Supervise and carry out Electrical testing and Inspecting
• Assist in the development of an effective electrical testing service regime for OA Housing
• Participate in service review meetings
• Deliver necessary training to team members
• Provide support to repairs/building services team with any relevant maintenance issues
• Advising colleagues of any issues found whilst visiting properties
• Inspect work to ensure compliance with standard procedures and electrical assignments
• Achieve targets and goals set to contribute to the overall effectiveness in the delivery of maintenance services
• Project a positive image of PA Housing by providing an excellent level of customer service
• Adhere to existing working practices, methods, procedures, undertake relevant training and development activities
• Potential call out and weekend work
• Cover for other Supervisors as required
• Contribute to the effective and efficient running of the Divisions, achieving targets and objectives
• Promote recognition of diversity in all aspects of service delivery
• Ensure that the services for which the post holder is responsible delivers value for money
• Attend evening meetings and committee meetings where required
• Carry out other duties as directed and commensurate with the grading of the role
