I control all rebar works associated to the section from day shift and night shift giving the blue hats there work allocated to there gang i order rebar 8 weeks in advance from prefab yards and the rebar direct to site from stockholders giving them dates when I need the rebar to keep our project on time and within the program and budget normally I would attend 2 meeting per week a rebar meeting with rebar engineers going through drawings maybes change a few walls or slabs to be prefabed to speed up the project and to order the rebar with the engineers the second meeting would be with project manager construction lead section engineers about the progress of our project where we need to do better and we're we are doing well as we can always do better sometimes bringing in more men on a typical shift normally i would have 12 gangs of fixers on a normal day shift night shift 8 gangs days 4 gangs nights
