I am highly motivated, hard working and passionate. When no-one volunteers to take over the leadership in a group task, I step up and put all my effort into helping out, no matter what the task is. I commit my complete attention to any given task and perform it to the best quality.

I have a passion for writing and reading, and am always trying out new things to keep a wide range of different experiences. I have a lot of interests in society and the functions, I enjoy having conversations with people since I like understanding people but I can also be independent when necessary.

Library Assistant at Mirfield Library (2023-10 – 2023-10)

As part of my school's program, I was expected to find my own work experience in a field I had interests in. By finding our own experiences, I was completely responsible to find one. For a week, I spent it at the library working from Monday to Friday at the allocated times.

During my work experience, I showed up early to prepare myself for the day and receive instructions, I helped the librarian's place books back on the shelves, I learnt the entire library system and how to use their computers to locate books/ return them, I had to assist customers with using the technology and signing them up for the library. A lot of the work consisted of being able to manage my time accurately, and leave myself with enough time to start another task.

Volunteer at Oxfam Charity Shop (2025-07 – 2025-07)

Previously I had volunteered at the charity shop to help out on the online shop, but for a week I was required to complete a full week as part of my school's program. I learnt how to work the tills, list online and how to process donations while working there. They praised my punctuality, problem-solving and independence stating I have good work ethic and could take any task presented to me.
