I am a friendly and enthusiastic person who loves to work with new people and help people. I have a good understanding of health and safety regulations in different environments and some strong points that I have developed over the years are things like getting along with new people, being friendly, approachable, and able to work well in a team. I also have a bit of experience in this as back in Italy as I loved to help my father in his shop with different things such helping customers at the till and other things like being incredibly good at picking and packing.
Furthermore, the reason I believe businesses should hire me is because I put 100% in every task I am given. I do not complain about what I am assigned to, and I also have a lot of patience and empathy when dealing with customers. I can also work flexible hours, including weekends.
In conclusion, I have a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Shop Assistant at Father's Shop
Some work experience that I have gained over time is when I used to work with my father in Italy in his shop. I also had to do a lot of picking and packing to do, which I was quite good at with some heavy lifting and some days I had to work at the till. Nevertheless, My dad worked at a place where they tend to be a lot of tourists therefore many customers didn't speak the language and were getting annoyed because they wanted a specific product therefore, I made my way to them and offered by asking them if they spoke any other languages and so they spoke French a language that I also understood very well.
So, I helped them effectively and where able to identify and satisfy the customer needs.
