Promoted to a specialist role after five months, taking technical ownership for the ERP system (Prophet) and its ongoing development. Joining shortly after the system was implemented, I have been responsible for designing and delivering all ERP enhancements in-house, working closely with operational and technical stakeholders to modernise business processes through custom development, automation, and reporting.

• Designed, developed and deployed bespoke ERP modules and backend functionality supporting procurement, manufacturing, warehousing, traceability and finance. Delivered solutions that simplified user workflows, digitised paperwork and reduced manual admin time.
• Developed and maintained 100+ Crystal Reports, including operational business documents and management reports. Created SQL queries, database views and stored procedures to support manufacturing, inventory, finance and operational decision making.
• Built interactive Power BI dashboards to deliver business intelligence and KPI reporting. Performed data archiving practices to maintain data integrity, reporting accuracy and database performance.
• Led four end-to-end EDI integration projects with major retailers, designing XSLT stylesheets to transform inbound and outbound XML messages into compatible formats. Collaborated with third-party integration providers to resolve mapping issues, and managed ERP XML exports for integration with the SCADA manufacturing system.
• Built Power Automate flows and PowerShell scripts to eliminate manual processing times for file export queues and auditing error logs.
• Managed solution testing, deployment and post-release support, ensuring changes were documented, validated and delivered with minimal disruption to business operations. Produced version-controlled technical documentation, user guides and a company ERP wiki.
