Progressed from Camp Associate to Assistant Director, taking on increased responsibility for staff recruitment, training and support.

• Lead the recruitment and onboarding of approximately 120–130 seasonal staff each summer.
• Act as a key point of contact for international staff, providing support with travel arrangements, documentation and settling into their role in the United States.
• Plan and deliver staff training covering safeguarding, behaviour management, communication and professional expectations.
• Provide ongoing mentoring and support to staff, helping them develop their confidence, skills and understanding of their responsibilities.
• Support programme planning, scheduling and pre-summer preparations to help ensure a safe, organised and positive environment for both staff and campers.
