· Help residents with personal care, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
· Assist residents with eating and drinking to ensure they stay nourished and hydrated
· Aid residents in moving around safely, including walking and transferring from bed to chair and ensured they are comfortable, safe and well-cared for
· Take and record vital signs like temperature and blood pressure
· Report any health changes to nurses or doctors
· Provide companionship and emotional support to residents
· Engage residents in activities to keep them active and entertained
