About

I am a passionate, patient, caring, hardworking and confident SEN Teaching Assistant. I am looking for a new opportunity to make a great difference in the lives of young learners with physical and learning disabilities. My main aim is to ensure pupils with special Educational Needs are motivated, inspired and supported to achieve a full success and potentials. I can easily adopt to any challenge in particular to situation surrounding pupils with Special Educational Needs and their environment.

Work 1-1 and sometime small group of pupils who have special educational need such as autism, ADHD, physical and learning disabilities.

Support pupils to understand instructions, complete tasks and stay focused
Ensure physical and emotional well being
Assist with personal care when required
Encourage independence rather than doing work for the pupils
Reinforce lesson taught by the teacher
Work with SENCO and professionals like speech and language therapist
Observe pupils progress and report back to teacher and SENCO
