I am a professional, hardworking individual who is willing and keen on building their experience in a fast paced environment. I have had multiple experiences in care homes, and I have worked in a rehabilitation care home where there’s vulnerable adults that have challenging behaviour, and needs that need to be met. Training in many care settings has given me knowledge on how to deal with challenging behaviour.

I have also worked in special schools with younger children that need time and patience most importantly understanding their needs and making sure that it’s being met.

Training in many care settings has given me knowledge on how to deal with challenging behaviour. Therefore I know that this job role is best for me because I feel that I meet the requirements and qualities a person should have working in these professional settings.
