I completed my PGCE ten years go in Secondary Science (Physics). Since then, I decided to stay at home with my 4 children and also continued to do what I am most passionate about- teaching. I began tutoring from home in Maths and Science and am now eager to start a career in a school setting in the Science department.
Prior to my PGCE, I worked in a laboratory setting at Guys Drug Research Unit as a Clinical Project Assistant, which mainly involved preparing and processing biological samples.
I also worked at Medical and Healthcare Regulatory Agency (MHRA), where I was responsible for reporting the adverse effects of pharmaceutical products.
My passion for Science led me to complete my PGCE in Secondary Education and over the last few years I have been tutoring students for Maths and Science from KS2-KS4.
I completed my Degree in BSc Biochemistry from Kings College London and my PGCE in Secondary Education (Science; Physics) from the University of East London.
