A dedicated educator who has a background within creative arts, SEND, education teaching, and inclusive practice for all. My academic and professional journey has been shaped by my own lived experiences as well as others, which has driven my passion for wanting to improve the support around neurodivergent adults in both education and employment. I am now seeking to undertake a distance-learning/online learning PhD exploring workplace inclusion for SEN adults, integrating psychological and neuroscientific perspectives.
My end goal is to become a university lecturer specialising in SEND, disability studies and learning. Doing this I can always keep progressing within the research in this field but also helping others within an education setting which is something that brings me joy.
