I am a motivated and enthusiastic person who has recently left school and is keen to begin a career in customer service. I enjoy working with people and have strong interpersonal skills, allowing me to communicate confidently and build positive relationships with individuals from all backgrounds. I am fully flexible with my availability and willing to adapt to the needs of the business.

Experience

Work Placement - Central Wellgate Library

(2025-06 - 2025-07)

During my school placement at the Wellgate Central Library, I supported staff with a range of day-to-day duties. This included stocking shelves and organising books to ensure the library remained tidy and accessible for visitors. I carried out basic administrative tasks such as making library cards and scanning books in and out of the system.

I also had the opportunity to assist with a nursery group that visited the library, where I encouraged children to take part in sing-along sessions and different activities, helping to create a fun and welcoming environment. This experience helped me build confidence in working with the members of the public and develop strong communication and teamwork skills.
