Callum Buck

I am a highly motivated and hardworking individual, who is reaching completion of my Cancer Biology and Therapy MSc where I have developed laboratory experience.

I am very conscientious and pride myself on always giving everything my full attention and focus to achieve the highest results. I am punctual and had excellent school attendance across my education. I have outstanding organisation skills which allow me to manage my time effectively and ensure all my personal targets are met. I work well both on an individual basis and as part of a team. I was praised on my leadership skills during my Gold Duke of Edinburgh Award Expedition, here I showed my ability to overcome challenges and work as a team towards a common goal as well as leading a group for a period whilst traveling across the Andes.

I developed a love of science and particularly biology at an early age and have enjoyed pursuing my interest throughout my time at Bangor and Liverpool universities. I believe I have learned a great deal whilst completing these degrees and am eager to gain experience at applying my understanding in the labs.

No profesional experience in my desired field however I have management exoerience working in pubs and bars.
