Supported the teachers in running classes. This included making sure that the teaching environment was safe and prepared as required. Under supervision of the teacher, I supported the children to achieve their educational goals and a key part of this was improving their communication and socialising skills.
Assistant to Chief Instructor at Mars Martial Arts (2021-01 – 2022-12)
Assisted the Chief Instructor with facilitating training sessions for participants. At times, I was asked to deliver full sessions to both adults and children and organise all necessary equipment and training drills in advance.
Chef and Front of House Staff at Cambridge Regional College (Present)
Working in a restaurant environment. Roles include waiting, bar staff, pot washing, and chef. Learning different dishes and the skills of cooking needed to become a chef.
