I am an 18-year-old who has recently completed my A Levels and am preparing to begin studying Medicine at the University of Sheffield. Through nearly two years of lifeguarding experience, assistant swim coaching, and previous work within a busy hospitality environment, I have developed strong communication, teamwork, and customer service skills. I enjoy working with people of all ages, and take pride in creating positive experiences for customers and guests.
My experience in both hospitality and leisure settings has taught me how to work effectively under pressure, adapt to changing situations, and maintain a professional and friendly attitude at all times. Working as part of kitchen and service teams has also strengthened my reliability, organisation; and, ability to contribute positively within a fast-paced environment. I am an enthusiastic, hardworking, and approachable individual with a strong work ethic developed through competitive sport and employment.
I thrive in customer-facing roles and enjoy being part of a team that delivers excellent service, ensuring every guest has a welcoming and enjoyable experience.
Lifeguard - Moorways Sports Village

Pool lifeguard for water parks, learn-to-swim lessons and general public sessions. Highly experienceed in rescuing children who were in distress, with an effective ability to calm them down, as well as a vast range of first aid on all ages.
Assistant Swim Coach - Moorways Sports Village

Working alongside a designated swim coach for children aged between 7 and 14, helping to increase their confidence in both water safety and competitive swimming. Experiences of working with children who have ASD, being an adaptable communicator for both the child and parent.
