JULY 2024 - PRESENT
Created an Excel report analysing a year of supplier invoices using pivot tables to calculate average payment times per supplier. Added conditional formatting to flag those outside agreed terms, helping the business identify late payments and improve KPI performance.
Built Excel dashboards to improve financial data visibility for management.
Performed daily bank reconciliations across high-volume transactions ensuring data accuracy.
Produced cash flow forecasts and month-end reconciliations to support decision-making.
NOVEMBER 2023 - JULY 2024
I created a excel report that broke down all of the unprocessed invoices on our system. I had one pivot table showing each employee, how many invoices they had assigned to them and how overdue they were. I also had another pivot table showing all the invoices that were due to be on the next payment run and also another pivot table showing the invoices assigned to finance to process, what stage of processing they were at and would only show the ones due on the next payment date.
Analysed payroll and cost allocation data using Excel (pivot tables,
formulas) to enhance reporting accuracy.
Processed and validated supplier invoices, ensuring integrity across financial systems.
