Waiter/Server - Bibi's Restaurant

My role involved maintaining cleanliness and organization throughout the restaurant, including cleaning menus, folding napkins, tidying stations, and refilling condiments. I consistently ensured that each customer received a warm and friendly experience by greeting them with a smile and wishing them an enjoyable meal. I also assisted customers with any inquiries they had, helping to ensure they had a pleasant and memorable evening at the restaurant.

Catering Staff - Mint

Working for an agency, I catered at a variety of different venues. I catered for multiple events serving diverse ethnic communities. My main role was to greet guests with a warm smile upon arrival, respond politely to their requests, and provide appropriate solutions. This included helping them find their seats or the restrooms, providing culinary utensils and food, and offering ongoing assistance throughout the event to ensure they had an enjoyable and successful evening.
