I previously worked as a General Assistant at Bella Italia, where I was trained to uphold high customer service standards while assisting with various tasks, from delivering food to support the kitchen, maintaining restaurant cleanliness, working with the bar and serving drinks as well as greeting customers at the door and finding them a table and taking there order within reasonable time. This role further developed my interpersonal skills, adaptability, and work ethic, providing me with valuable transferable skills that I will bring to any future role, I am grateful to have been trained to work in a prestigious restaurant environment, since it enhanced my work etiquette, and I will ensure to bring the same level of professionalism to my next place of work.
I am currently studying Technical Theatre Level 3 in college, where I’ve gained hands on experience in different job roles including being Production Manager, Stage Manager, and General Assistant. In these positions, I’ve successfully managed entire productions, overseeing multiple departments, including managing set construction for performances as well as a full team of performers (dancers, actors, singers), and the entire technical team handling lighting, sound and health and safety. My responsibilities have included setting and managing deadlines, ensuring seamless communication across all departments, I got the opportunity to have a manager role to people from different ages and backgrounds, ensuring the production process runs smoothly from start to finish.
This experience has strengthened my leadership, organizational, and communication skills, especially in managing diverse teams.
