I have been working for Hydraforce for 4 years and thoroughly enjoy my job however as a professional I am seeking a new opportunity to grow my skills and challenge myself. I enjoy working as part of a team and independently. I take pride in the work I do to ensure it is always completed to the highest standard and I am known in my current workplace for stepping in and helping others who may be struggling with the workload.

I value myself as a team player, but I also work great as an individual whilst under time constraints. I always strive to not only successfully grow myself but also help the company grow by speaking up and suggesting things I think may be completed more efficiently. I worked here as a Heavy-duty truck mechanic. I built a great foundation of skills from this job with technical skills related to the trucks but also great communication skills, customer service skills and I built my confidence a great deal here. This was the beginning of my working life and ignited a passion within me to be the best me in the job role that I was in, striving to improve and building skills to help me in later life.

I completed work experience here as a PE assistant and I also worked in the classroom when any extra assistance was required. I built my patience a lot during this work experience as I had never worked around children before. It was a new environment for me and adjusting to this didn't come easy at first but as time went on I feel as if I transitioned really well becoming confident within the role and showing my capabilities in such a challenging and fast paced environment.

I have worked here for 4 years and completed several different roles. My roles have included a Manifold hydraulic builder, Line Leader, and tester. This testifies that I am continuously bettering myself and pushing myself out of my comfort zone to have completed 3 separate roles in just 4 short years.

I have built on all my skills I gained in previous roles and gained numerous new skills. I have bettered my patience working as a tester, my communication working as a line leader and my technical skills working as a builder. I have also built up my interpersonal skills especially whilst working as a line leader as all others on the line relied on myself to be efficient and confident in my work for the line to work smoothly.

I feel as though I have become a vital cog in the machine of this company however due to my aspirations, I am looking for a new, challenging and progressive experience.
