I completed my A Levels in July, and I am now searching for a gateway to start my career in the IT world. In the interim of this happening, I keep myself busy developing my skill sets i.e. - Programming, Mathematics, and Problem-solving being my key focuses.

As I work towards my future aspirations and goals, I am fuelled by my fierce passion and desire to gain knowledge in regard to IT and to further improve my technical skills and abilities. I have an eagerness to learn and further optimise myself, as well as create opportunities to put my strong interpersonal skills, and optimistic problem-solving skills into effective action via collaborating within a team, and striving for the best outcome together.

I have a diverse professional background, starting with my IT internship at Rocket Desk in 2023. As an IT intern, I configured build machines, installed software packages, and specialized tools like TeamCityAgent. I also successfully diagnosed and repaired hardware issues, conducting tests and benchmarks.

From 2019 to 2021, I worked as a cycling instructor at Popcycle Training, teaching children aged 4-10. I managed time effectively, resolved equipment issues, used occupational therapy techniques, created engaging learning games, and communicated with parents to improve trainee performance.

Between 2021 and 2023, I served as a Front of House Member at Nandoca. I managed tasks, multitasked in a customer-facing role while providing quality customer service, and excelled in chaotic environments - taking on responsibilities effectively.

In 2022, I gained valuable experience as an IT Support Analyst at Octagon Developments LTD. I provided 1st and 2nd line support, conducted ad-hoc training, analyzed and resolved technical issues, and effectively communicated with end users.

I have recently graduated from sixth form college where I studied an IT BTEC Level 3 Diploma, in which I achieved D*D* (equiv A*A*), and an Alevel in Product Design where I achieved an A.
