I am a seasoned Service Designer with extensive experience in leading and transforming service design projects across various industries. Currently at the British Red Cross, I spearhead the redesign of both domestic and international charitable services, develop a community of excellence, and mentor teams to enhance service design maturity. My role involves mapping complex systems, designing prototypes, and facilitating workshops to improve user experience and customer journeys.
Previously at JustEat Takeaway.com, I led service design projects, conducted primary and secondary research, and created new service design tools. I also played a key role in complying with European legislation on reusable packaging and enhancing the UX culture.
At The Prince’s Trust, I managed a government contract worth £27 million, leading the design of new products and services, and implementing a digital onboarding system that significantly reduced costs. My experience also includes roles at Mars Wrigley, where I managed brand experiences and sustainable packaging redesigns, and Northumbria University, where I provided strategy and innovation consultation.
Throughout my career, I have been a dedicated advocate for service design, focusing on user needs, business goals, and innovative solutions to drive meaningful change.
