I am a fourth year MEng Mechanical Design Engineering student at the University of Glasgow where I am on course to achieve a First Class Honours. Moreover, I am pro-actively involved in multiple clubs/groups which has given me the experience to become a collaborative team player who has enjoyed working with people from different countries, cultures and backgrounds.
I have accumulated knowledge in Control systems, Fluid Dynamics, Simulation of Engineering Systems and Dynamics and I’m comfortable using software such as Fusion360, Solidworks and Abaqus. My current assignment focuses on implementing the Metaverse to educate society on the different sustainable goals which have been created by the United Nations. I am passionate in sustainable engineering and look forward to transferring my knowledge from university into future endeavors.
Gained practical experience working in bicycle workshop where mechanical components and configurations such as bearings, chain drives, and brakes were interacted with daily. Significantly improved my knowledge and understanding of simple mechanisms which can be found in various engineering applications.
Have worked setting up/taking down infrastructure for large scale sporting events at arenas, involving setting up advertisements boards, fans seating, and stadium equipment such as flooring, stages etc.
Currently studying a master's degree in Mechanical Design Engineering at the University of Glasgow, where I'm on track for a First Class Honours. Have studied various modules such as Renewable energy, Control Systems, Fluid dynamics and much more, while also using engineering softwares such as Solidworks, Fusion 360 and Abaqus.
