Hello!
My name is Cara Alexander. I currently hold a position as a deputy manager of a children’s residential care home and have held a position within a safeguarding role for almost 10 years. Before this, I was a teacher and designated safeguarding lead for a further education provider.
I have completed three degrees in various social and childcare subjects and I am currently in the process of completing a masters degree in Leadership & Management. I am committed to the roles I have had, both current and present but looking for new challenges, particularly with regards to safeguarding!
I enjoy collaborating with others and believe my empathetic mannerisms have paved the way for my career so far!
