I am a former business student with the motivation to progress and improve my skills. I am a reliable and friendly person with good communication skills, on the other hand, i can also take initiative when needed. I have always had an interest in accountancy and numbers as it is all about problem solving in which I have a keen interest.
I have been lucky enough to have a variety of different jobs, which in turn, has provided me with many different skills and allowed me to work with a variety of people. I am looking for a unique opportunity to join a company that offers long term progression and stability.

This was my first work from home job and I really enjoyed it. I spoke with the most vulnerable people and helped them resolve their issues as best I could. It showed me how to sympathise with others, be more empathetic and respond to their needs. I took reports on my computer and had to make sure the details were correct as it was imperative to the case being logged. I needed to really listen and understand the customer and be attentive the details.
Work from home tech guide - bt – concentrix

Being a tech guide, every query is a puzzle, each call is different and it is upto us to figure out what the issue is and resolve it for the customer. I love the fact that everyday is different and every problem is unique, it keeps me on my toes and it's nice to be able to analyze the situation, piece the puzzle together and come up with a solution.
