Motivated and customer-focused Trainee Account Handler at the beginning of my career within the insurance industry. Since joining Howden in March 2026, I have gained experience supporting commercial insurance clients, learning core insurance principles and using Acturis as part of my day-to-day role. I am currently working towards my Cert CII qualification and have developed strong communication, administration and client service skills through both insurance and customer-facing roles.

I am now looking for an opportunity within personal lines or SME insurance where I can continue building my technical knowledge within a structured training environment.
