I have worked within the food industry for 36 years I have experience of running a team from both team leader and manager I have an understanding of KPI's the industry in which I work is a rapidly changing process and have learned to change with the times. I enjoy learning new skills and can work in charge of a team or work by myself under my own esteem and initiative.
Started at the bottom working as a servicer moved onto running combi bloc machines then move to the ingredients process centre as a team leader and done this for about ten years when I was asked to take over as the IPC coordinator ( ingredients process centre) and have done that for the last 6 years but am now being made redundant.
I am currently working for princes foods cardiff and have 36 years experienc under my belt I have worked with pasteurisers for 20 years I have done HACCP & TACCP training
