Hi my name is Carl I worked for Butlins for 6 years doing accommodation, front of house and as a chef. I'm currently working as a resort safety officer and currently badged. I'm a hard working individual like to do me job at the best of my abilities and like to have a laugh to I'm hard to offend and like to go kayaking and gym in me spare time
As a door supervisor for Butlins I manage and look after the resort and venues by checking wrists bands and passes, for venues I check fire extinguishers if they have the right date and pressure and exits for obstructions like trips, slips and blockages and monitor the venu for underage drinking and violent & disturbing behaviour guests. For the resort I patrol to sort out noice complaints bad behaviour and to check if anyone is not doing illegal substances on site.
As a chef I had to prepare different pasta and pizza dishes as well as maines such as stakes and fillets. You had to make sure all work surfaces and equipment was cleaned and sanitise for allergies and cross contamination had to label everything for expiry dates and allergie stickers and write what's in the food.
Working for accommodation I had to make sure all apartments where clean and tidy by making and hovering and cleaning all surfaces and toach points and making sure right chemicals where used for the job
