After completion of my A-Levels, I studied at Wirral Metropolitan College where I achieved my City & Guilds Level 2 and 3 diplomas in Electrical Installation Buildings and Structures. My voluntary work at a local radio station provides me opportunities to develop my high level transferable skills further such as communication, team work, time management, including working with a variety of ICT software packages and platforms. Furthermore, I provide support and training to a variety of individuals with varying technical capabilities.

With my previous experience of EPOS along with my passion for a career in this area, I feel I could contribute greatly to your existing team.

IT Support Technician - Roy Castle Lung Cancer Foundation

During my time at the Roy Castle foundation my duties included:

• Installing and configuring computer hardware operating systems and applications. Maintaining computer systems and networks.
• Talking staff through a series of actions also replacing parts as required. Providing support, including procedural documentation.
• Setting up new users' accounts and profiles and dealing with password issues with the Active Directory management.
• Responding within agreed time limits to call outs.
• Prioritising and managing may open cases at one time working continuously on a task until completion and referral to third parties, if appropriate.
• Testing and evaluating new technology.

IT Support/Web Design/Presenter - FlameCCR Radio Station - St Paul's Road, Birkenhead, CH42 3UZ

Maintaining and repairing the hardware and software on the organisations network. Responsible for advising and monitoring the security of the key systems and data. Troubleshooting issues, and provide training for IT systems and software to small groups and individuals.

Responsible for editing, developing, producing the playlist, and hosting a live one hour show. My knowledge of web design and interest in digital media assists me in designing and implementing the new web site for the station. Including improving the stations online presence and branding, advising on content changes, providing verbal feedback on assignments and enhancing the web sites user experience.

Volunteer - Rock Ferry Bell Ringers Manager - St Peter's Church - St Peter's Road, Rock Ferry, Wirral, CH42 1PY

I am a volunteer with the Rock Ferry Bell Ringers, for which I am responsible for:

• Managing twenty individuals. Liaising with external parties and the group, using my time management and excellent communication skills
• Responsible for the organisation of external and local performances, including arranging transportation, producing musical playlists, scheduling the performance and group attendance, and organisation of equipment.
• Actively training all new members, who range in age and abilities
• Transpose the sheet music into the appropriate numbered formats as guides for performances.
