When working here I would always greet customers in a pleasant manner, be approachable and assist the customers when needed. I would also take on any cleaning duty to make sure that the shop floor was always presentable and safe for both staff and customers. My main role was to serve at the tills and provide the best customer service experience possible.

Care Assistant/ Senior Care Assistant, Highstone Mews Care Home

February 2020- June 2022

My main responsibility in this job was to provide person centred care for service users of the home, maintaining their dignity and confidentiality. For the role of a care assistant, I had to partake in training in specific areas.

In September to October of 2020, I was trained to become a Senior Care Assistant, this job role required additional training such as Medication Administration Training. As a Senior Carer I was responsible for dispensing medications, team leading and being in contact with the relevant professionals regarding the service user’s health and wellbeing.
