I am a hard worker and a fast learner, with a pro-active mindset. My communication and sales skills are exemplary, complemented by my professional and personable manner. Not only do I have a wealth of hospitality/sales experience, much of which in a senior position, I have a lot of hands-on experience showing my abilities within events organisation and management.

• Assistant Manager of Velo Lounge, Bath (in which I managed multiple events and large parties simultaneously, managed a whole team, completed financial P&L reports and budget) 
• Competition Organiser of the University of Bath Cheerleading squad (in which I manage multiple large scale events involving finances, travel, third-parties and accommodation for 100+ athletes)
• Supervisor at the Bird Hotel (running shifts in the Food and Beverage department, many of which involve events ranging from weddings, parties, and corporate meetings, coordination of chefs, booking teams, staff members and clients to exceed expectations of events - notable clients include Norland Nannies, Bath Rugby and Bath Networking International)
• Communications intern at the Herefordshire and Worcestershire NHS (managing, producing, and improving internal and external comms within the Trust, engaging with service-users to obtain feedback, analysing feedback, and providing actions)
• Dyson Expert- sales (exceeding sales targets and KPIs, stock, display, and sales management of one-person concession store in a department store)
