To Implement the Planning and Control processes to support the day-to-day activities that Operations undertake. Work with the Key IPT stakeholders and departments to ensure contracted work within the UK Operations division is planned productively according to the bids. Produce, Monitor and Analyse data, CADs, Contract Progress Reports, and maintain Level 2 Plans.
Accurate information to be interrogated, work and planning packages to be updated in SAP (via Dassian), prepare and present and attend and actively support the CPR’s, tracking of key information for milestones, such as delivery, attend IPT level 2 meetings, co-ordinate risk reviews, implement scope changes, Monitor SAP packages, update schedules and much more.
