I worked during last 25 years in technical fields with the mansion of Chief Engineer, Head of Technical, Superintendent and Fleet Technical Manager supervising and managing technical teams between 100 and 900 people, responsible for the safe and efficient day to day operation, preventive and reactive maintenance of all the technical systems. I was as well responsible for the hiring, appointment, motivation, development, training and review of all the employees in the technical department measuring their performances over time against specific KPI's to ensure their effectiveness and efficiency, feedback to the company Board. In charge as well of conducting technical Audits, work self assessments, sanitation regulations, identification of hazards determining which substances are hazardous and assess the risks they pose to employee health.
