Currently work and am able to provide services in retail in sales associate roles.

Have worked in retail for the past 7 years in 3 different brands - 2 being well known popular fashion brands.

I have experience in selling fashion items from working at Zara for 3 years. This was my first job in fashion retail and where I learned the most about fashion retail and serving customers looking to buy new clothes or fashion accessories. This job has taught me how to give basic and simple fashion advices, knowledge on a variety of materials used to construct garments, and to look out for trends.

In my current job working for Levi's now for 2 years has taught me how to personalise a customer service experience to suit the needs of a customer. Given that I serve many customers with different tastes in a fashion brand that provides a wide variety of fits, I have gained knowledge, experience, and skills in outfit building.

Beyond my basic fashion retail knowledge, I also have knowledge related to cashdesk and money management. While working in Zara as a cashier I was tasked with refunds and the cashing up at the end of the day.

My most relevant education is in Games Development BA degree. This is a degree in computer graphics, motion graphics, graphics design, and art.
