I have extensive customer service/care advisor experience in a remote setting. I have knowledge of various computer and phone systems as well as my own home set up with fast, unlimited broadband. I have no notice period and can start asap.
I have experience of Fraud/Cyber Crime, Financial Crime Case Handler, some retail experience working for Ebay and Energy Sector experience. Working for British Gas. I am used to taking high volume inbound calls, complaint handling and can solve complex queries and have good knowledge of various computer and phone systems such as Sales Force, Avaya, Compass, Solcase, Agent Workbench, Ecoes/Xoserve, Word, Proclaim etc….Available asap with no notice period.
