Hello, I am Carmela Memorial and I am from Lady Bay West Bridgford, Nottingham. I have experience in Customer Service as my previous job is in a call center company as a Customer Service Representative for more than 8 years. I also worked as a Service Crew in a waffle store which I do baking of waffles and serve the customers.

I am looking for a part time job and hoping I can work in your cafe. I can do 3 to 4 hours a day. I am a hardworking person, reliable and flexible. I am a fast learner and can easily adapt to changes. I am holding an NCII certificate as well for Food and Beverages Services.

I have 8 years experience with customer service. I have worked in two of the known call center companies in the Philippines which is Teleperformance and HCL Tech. I mainly take phone calls and answering customer's inquiries and resolve issues with their accounts. I have handled different types of accounts like financial accounts, billing accounts and online ordering accounts which are all companies in the USA. I have dealt with different types of customers everyday.

I took a short vocational course for Food and Beverage Services and I am holding an NCII cerificate for this course.
