I am an experienced academic as Manager, Lecturer and Researcher in the fields of Education and Health Care. Particular managerial expertise relates to proven Programme Development from the moment of commissioning through to validation and delivery; particularly Higher Degrees, First Degrees, Diploma and Certificate courses. I have considerable success in the Preparation and Leadership of various Quality Assurance Reviews to completion in Higher and Further Education and Health Care.

I am an experienced Chairperson at Board, Faculty and Departmental Levels, and in additional environments such as at National and Regional Conferences, and in Research Ethics Committees at University and NHS levels. I have published in Health Care and Nursing and developed strategies for Wellness and Wellbeing in the Workplace particularly within businesses, commercial, educational, and public service sectors. I have considerable Success in bringing together experts and novices in the development of research programmes and strategy that can improve health, well being and education (via publication, seminars and conferences).
