Carolina Richardson

I am 28 years of age. I studied at Clyde Valley High School where I achieved several qualifications in English, Science, Administration ,Hospitality and Mathematics.I then furthered my studies at City of Glasgow College where I successfully completed a 2 year course in NQ Exercise and Fitness Leadership and an NC in Health fitness and sports Performance. Whilst studying I was also working as a Bartender in a local restaurant/bar.

However feeling I needed to challenge myself further I applied for a customer service advisor role within a call centre where I have worked in different campaigns such as JD Sports, Argos, DFS and now currently River Island. I have been in this job now for 7 years gaining a variety of skills which include good Communication, Adaptability, Empathy, Problem solving and good Time Management , as well as improving my IT knowledge. This job has provided me with the opportunity to not only work alone but also work within a team to discuss and solve issues which arise within each of our caseloads.

I now hope to move onto a new learning opportunity, as I feel I have achieved the relevant skills as well as having personal life experience which can only put me in good stead to succeed in this role.
