Registered Nurse currently working in Homeless Outreach. Special interest in improving health outcomes for excluded/marginalised health groups and wound care/tissue viability.

I'm 2 years post qualification, I've spent 4 years working with the homeless health service in East Sussex, originally as a volunteer nursing assistant, then as an employed RN following qualification.

I have 2 years volunteer experience as an independent visitor to a looked after child with learning disabilities.

I also worked a maternity cover position at HMP Rochester as family support worker to gain insight into prison services and rehabilitation.

Prior to training as a RN, I have 20 years experience as a Registered Veterinary nurse specialising in orthopaedic and neurological referrals.

Currently completing my PGCert in Tissue Viability.

1st class Honours Degree in Adult Nursing.
