I am hardworking, motivated, have a keen eye for organisation and presentation and try to finish everything to the highest standard attainable. I’m very good at teamwork but can also work alone. I have a valid Driver’s License and own car if travel is required.
I am currently attending college for Access to Higher Education Social Sciences and Criminal Justice. I have obtained my Signature BSL Level 1 and am currently working toward my Level 2. I have worked in a variety of customer service-based roles and enjoy a challenge.
I also have my Level 2 Business and Administration qualification. I am very meticulous and eager to learn. I have been noted as being a very quick study, picking up new tasks with ease. I am Microsoft efficient and have excellent IT skills.
I have been a carer for relatives over the last 10 years, this has built up a strong resistance to being overwhelmed when the task at hand gets difficult. I also find that it has helped me be extremely compassionate and understanding of different issues and disabilities. This was also aided by the fact that I was raised by deaf parents and frequented deaf clubs throughout my life which enabled me to feel comfortable and at ease around those with disabilities.
I completed my Level 3 Animal Management qualification at Doncaster College in which I received a Distinction* Distinction*. I have my own personal experiences with dogs and have considerable experience in the care and husbandry of a wide range of animal species from small mammals to horses. I also have a vast range of knowledge for exotics.
Pizza Hut: 2018 – 2018 –
My main role was delivering pizzas to customers, which meant customer service was key. My secondary role was to help make and prepare pizzas. This included preparing sides, cooking, and cleaning.

York Bar WMC: 2018 - 2018 –
My role was to serve customers and maintain a friendly relationship with staff and customers. Stock rotation and cleaning of the bar and surrounding areas. I also handled cash and worked with tills.

Manx National Heritage: 2020 – 2020 (Volunteer) –
My role was to catalogue and research antiquarian ephemera and programmes. Research the history of certain theatres and castles. Followed by compiling a small exhibition based off my research.
Cataloguing. Spreadsheet analysis and proficiency. Research. Following guidelines on historical document handling and uses.
