I am a Sociology and Politics graduate with a PGCE in post-compulsory education, and over nine years of experience in adult education, including four years of management and leadership roles such as Curriculum Team Leader and Curriculum Manager. I possess excellent digital skills, proficient in MS Office applications and Google Suite, and have completed LSIF Silver training in using Immersive Suites. I have managed programmes aimed at improving skills and career prospects for adults, including ESOL, numeracy, digital skills, and AI training.

I am committed to promoting diversity, equality, and safeguarding, with experience in supporting vulnerable learners and leading EDI initiatives. I am flexible with my working hours and have experience working at different sites, remote working from home, and traveling within the community for delivery.

I have extensive experience in assessment and quality assurance, including leading IQA processes, preparing for EQA visits, and writing Quality Improvement Plans. I am confident in managing budgets and funding streams such as AEB, GLA, and RARPA.
