Duties included cleaning dishes, preparing food by peeling and cutting a range of vegetables, working as part of a quick and efficient team in a fast-paced environment, and following strict health and safety procedures. Further duties included cleaning up at the end of each day by wiping down, disinfecting and sanitizing all the work surfaces, as well as sweeping and mopping the floors.
